We encourage you to make appointments at times you are able to keep and do our best to accommodate all our patients’ needs.

We understand there are times when unexpected events may prevent you to attend your scheduled times.

24 hours notice is required to change an appointment time. If you need to change an appointment on the Monday, please do so by the previous Thursday by 5pm. For less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation, a fee may be incurred. This schedule is published in the practice and available on request.
